Free Health & Fitness Testing

for HK residents of Chinese descent (who meet other inclusion criteria) run by IHP Active & Sau Po Center on Aging. The data will provide a snapshot of the fitness profile of normal, healthy adults in different age categories, which can be used for comparison with individuals who have Down syndrome and will provide greater understanding of how people with Down syndrome age.
