Home Based Circuit Training
This is a basic circuit training for you to follow at home. In this video we are doing 3 sets of 30 seconds exercise intervals with 20 seconds recovery. Sedentary individuals or those who haven't exercised in a long time should listen to your body and seek medical advice if needed.
