戲曲中心及Freespace預計於2018年底及2019年中相繼開幕，前者以推動戲曲製作、粵曲與其他傳統戲曲的保育和發展為己仼，後者則聚焦於前沿的跨界及跨文化創作；而演藝綜合劇場亦預計於2021年落成，擁有大型、中型及小型劇場及多個排練場地。新增的演出場地與設施配套如何能帶動藝術創作及劇團發展？硬件設施加強了，軟件上還需甚麼配合？ How would the new venues and facilities in West Kowloon Cultural District nourish the innovation and development of arts groups? Given the cultural facilities are strengthened, what softwares do we need to contemplate?
