EIM Month - Core Stretching
We all know that sitting for an extended period of time isn't good for your health, even though roughly 80 percent of jobs are now considered sedentary, and many involve sitting most of the day. To counter this, our Core stretching classes provide stretch exercises targeting muscle fatigue of prolonged sitting as well as strengthening exercises for the core for a better sedentary posture.
