Located at the Jockey Club Tower of the Centennial Campus, IHP Active aims to promote "Active Health" throughout the whole HKU Campus. As a fitness center, IHP Active provides a great selection of cardio, resistance and free weight equipment for all staff and students to use. For those who need more guidance or challenge in their workout, IHP Active also organizes classes and programs on location.
