Pacbio sequencing at CGS

Our Centre is equipped with the PacBio Sequel instrument, and has worked on projects such as full length 16S amplicon sequencing, whole genome sequencing of bacteria and human, targeted sequencing, and RNA sequencing (Iso-Seq). In this session we shall go through the basic principles and some of the common applications. We hope this will bring you fresh ideas for your research projects.
