Sharing Session: Single-cell RNA sequencing by 10X Genomics technology at CGS

Traditional bulk RNA-seq can only provide a summative expression profile across all cells. However, a biological specimen often comprises of a heterogeneous cell mixture with different gene expression profiles, which can only be studied through single-cell RNA sequencing approach. This seminar gives you an overview of the technology, and information on how you can apply this to your research.
