Exercise is Medicine Month on Campus - October

Join us in EIM Month at the University of Hong Kong. Throughout the month of October we will be organizing daily activities for everyone to join for free, promoting physical activity and celebrating the EIM movement across campus. The EIM Month will be kicking off on Tuesday the 3rd of Oct, and each day throughout the month we will feature activities such health and fitness assessments, workouts nd seminars, all free for all to participate.
