Get it right once, and it runs.
Most rejections come from a handful of avoidable issues. These are the enforced rules and the design guidance that keeps your creative legible on a screen across a room.

Video and campaign length are shown as guidance — the team confirms the current policy before publishing. When in doubt, keep videos short and campaigns tight.
Video over the 200 MB limit? Compress it before submitting with the free HandBrake (opens in new tab) app or freeconvert.com/video-compressor (opens in new tab) — both shrink the file with little visible quality loss.
Design for a screen across the room
Keep a safe area
Keep text and logos within the inner ~90% of the frame. Screens crop and bezels intrude at the edges.
Big, bold text
One headline people can read in three seconds from a distance. Avoid paragraphs — a screen is not a poster you stand next to.
Strong contrast
Light text on dark or dark on light. Thin type and low contrast disappear under corridor lighting.
Correct branding
Use official HKU / unit logos with proper clear space. No stretched, low-res or unofficial marks.
