JC PandA: Mindful Breathing

Jockey Club "Peace and Awareness" Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative is a six-year project (2019-2025) funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and organised by the Faculty of Social Sciences. It aims to promote mindfulness culture in schools and focuses on the mental health of the students, teachers and the general public.
