I am a HKU graduate (MSW 82). I am also a practising solicitor and the Chairman of an NGO called China Care Fund (https://www.facebook.com/chinacarefund/?hc_ref=ARTtikvrM2Fyps9QSfdglXc-uT_kKFABtw18eyAN1ARFYjhmEQ0Hz_PIT8jJpIjWWgs&pnref=story). I know nothing about "water system" BUT I have been working with young people in deprived areas (in China) in the past 21 years. If you think there is anything I can do to help your course, please contact me at Tso@fwtlegal.com and/or 25505466 / 90969385.
