I've seen people fainting on the street and on public transportation. How can I tell if these are coronavirus related?
Confirming novel coronavirus infections requires a diagnostic test. Many different conditions can cause fainting, including a lack of oxygen to the brain, stroke, vascular embolism, and myocardial infarction, just to name a few. In most cases, passing out has nothing to do with the novel coronavirus.
