Excellent initiative. Actually, I'd like to ask why does the HKU Engineering Faculty employs so few women professors, or for that matter so few non-Chinese professors, or for that matter so few non-Cantonese professors? As an outsider, it does not look good, and is in fact so very Second Millennium.
