6:30-8:00pm, 15 April (Monday), CPD3.28, The Jockey Club Tower JMSC and PEN Hong Kong are marking the 30th anniversary of the 1989 pro-democracy demonstrations with a discussion about the Beijing governmentâs attempts to erase the Tiananmen Square crackdown from history and how the events of that tragic day is reflected in collective memory, on social media, and in the reporting of journalists.
